Cooking Classes available upon request. I will provide instruction and ingredients for a fun meal, including table set up, garnishing and beverage choices. Up to 10 people. A few classes I have done in the past include:
1) Sunday Brunch featuring a Bloody Mary bar, Salmon cakes with a Key West aioli, Spring greens with orange-basil vinaigrette, and and mixed berries macerated in Grand Marnier with Maple whipped cream and shortbread.
2) Pho learn to make this French-Vietnamese classic soup in the comfort of your own home. Drink hot tea from porcelain tea pots and cups. Dress your table, and garnish with style.
