This class will feature Three Summer Salads and will be a working class. Please bring a cutting board and a chef's knife. #1 We will learn to make a versatile vinaigrette and make a fantastic pasta salad chocked full of veggies and learn the art of blanching vegetables.#2 We will make a fresh basil pesto that won't break the bank! I'll share a hack and you'll never go back! #3 We will finish with a classic chicken salad loaded with fresh thyme & grapes and learn how to poach a perfectly moist chicken breast. Of course we will use my seasonings in all of them.
I will have my knife sharpener with me and will show you how easy it is to sharpen knives. Feel free to bring a few extra if you like.
This will be BYOB but I will also have drinks and nibbles.
Since I love #layers, we will layout a pretty table and show how I set a summer party table.
