Spring Brunch Class Menu~

Start off with a Bloody Mary from our Bloody Mary Bar - BYOB - we'll have Pellegrino & Orange juice and freshly blended teas as well.  

Wild Alaskan Salmon Cakes with Key West aioli over a bed of Organic Spring Mix with a bright citrus-basil vinaigrette. 

We'll finish with Grand Marnier macerated fresh berries and a Vermont Maple whipped cream :)
